摘要
Abstract
The electronic property,structure and crystallization of V2O5–P2O5–Sb2O3–Bi2O3 glass system were investigated via vol-ume resistivity,infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction,respectively.The result shows that Sb2O3 partially substitutes V2O5,leading to the increase of the volume resistivity of glasses.The characteristic of the electronic conduction surrounding V4+ and V5+ ions for transit was restrained substantially,and consequently the volume resistivity of the glasses with 15% Sb2O3 and 20%Sb2O3 reached a practical level.The substitution of Sb2O3 with V2O5 in vanadate glass could improve the structure and the crystallization,and reduce the conduction ability.关键词
