层状纳米羟基磷灰石的结晶性能及形成机理
Crystal Properties and Formation Mechanism of Layered Nano-Crystalline of Hydroxyapatite
摘要
Abstract
The nano-crystalline of hydroxyapatite(n-HA) with an ordered multi-layered structure was synthesized with a mono alkyl phosphate as a template.The effect of the condition on the microstructure and morphology was investigated via transmission electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,respectively.The formation mechanism of the n-HA with layered structure was proposed according to the experimental results.The results showed that the nano-crystalline with the uniform structure can be formed after 24 h.The synthesized products were mainly n-HA under alkaline condition,and the products were mainly CaHPO4 under acidic condition.The shape and size of nano-crystals were relatively homogeneous at a mass ratio of alcohol to water of 2.0.In addition,processing conditions can effect the packing parameters of the surfactants.HA crystalls growing along the surfactant modes have different microstructure and morphology.关键词
