摘要

Abstract

Considering effect of convective heat transfer between shell and atmosphere, the thermo-mechanical coupling finite element analysis of SRM was carried out. Effects of convective heat transfer on structural response were analyzed. Thermo-strain response change laws were discussed with difference convective coefficients, also the structural integrity of a double-umbrella slot SRM was evaluated in the course of cooling process after curing,low temperature test and low temperature storage. The results show that it will reflect load status of SRM more accurately when considering convective heat transfer; the structural response history is affected when convective coefficient varies, however this effect weakens with increase of convective coefficient.
