摘要

Abstract

The variation law of temperature and stress in divergent section at motor working was described by calculating temperature field and stress field. In order to determine temperature and pressure in nozzle,the gas was regarded as one-dimension isen-tropic flow. Based on axial symmetric finite element model, transient temperature field in nozzle was calculated. The temperature field was introduced into structure thermal stress analysis,then the nozzle divergent section bonding interface contact force,axial tensile stress and compress stress,inter-laminar shear stress were calculated. Compared with screw thread joint nozzle,the trapped joint C/C nozzle is an optimum structure design.
