摘要

Abstract

Objective The hapten of metronidazole was synthesized by using metronidazole and succinic anhydride in silicon carbide (SiC ) reactor assisting with microwave. Methods The hapten of metronidazole was prepared by using silicon carbide (SiC) or quartz glass (Pyrex) reactor by microwave radiation for 5 min at 120 ℃, and the product was also characterized. Results Hapten of metronidazole was prepared successfully by microwave-assisted irradiation by using SiC vial or Pyrex vial in high yield. Moreover, higher yield and better repeatability was obtained with SiC vial . Conclusion The results showed it' s a better choose to obtain hapten of metronidazole by microwave-assisted synthesis in SiC reactor.
