吸附伏安法测定药品中对乙酰氨基酚的含量

摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the determination method of paracetamol in drugs by carbon paste electrode anodic adsorptive voltammetry. Methods The electrode was prepared by carbon powder and liquid paraffin(4: 1) ,in a hydrochloric acid solution(pH =0. 50). Paracetamol shows a sensitive adsorptive oxidation peak at 0.706 V (reference electrode:Ag-AgCl). Results The linearity was good between 3. 13 × 10-6 -2.0 × 10-4 mol · L-1 with correlation coefficient of 0.999 5. The detection limit was 6.6 ×10-8 mol · L-1. This method was applied with satisfactory results. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of paracetamol related drugs.关键词
