摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop a quantitative method for the determination of glycerol trioleate in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil by HPLC-ELSD. Methods HPLC was performed on a Diamonsil C18(250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-isopropanol(51:49) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL · Min-1. The temperature of drift tube was 80 X., and the flow rate of gas was 2.0 L · Min-1. Results The calibration curves were linear between 2.08 - 20.8 μg( r = 0.9995), the average recovery was 99.04% with the RSD of 2.8% , respectively. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,which may be used for the determination of glycerol trioleate in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil.关键词
