摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of the blood enrichment and acute toxicity of cell-wall broken powder of Angelica sinensis. Methods Establish a hemorrhagic anemia mouse model and measure the effect of the blood enrichment of cell-wall broken powder of Angelica sinensis by WBC, RBC, Hb, PLT and other blood indicators. Then 80 g dried medicinal herbs/kg of cell-wall broken powder and decoction pieces of Angelica sinensis were administrated in mice,and these acute toxic reactions were observed continuously for 7 days. Results Cell-wall broken powder of Angelica sinensis obviously improved blood indicators. No toxic reactions were observed on cell-wall broken powder and decoction pieces of Angelica sinensis. Conclusion Cell-wall broken powder of Angelica sinensis has the effect of the blood enrichment but no toxic reaction.
