摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of early minimal feeding ( EMF ) on low birth weight infants' nutritional status and immune function. Methods Low birth weight infants were divided into EMF group and common feeding group ( CON group ) according to feeding style. The nutritional status ( PA, ALB, TP and TRF ) and immune function ( IgG, IgA, IgM, CD3 + , CD4 + and CD8 ) of two groups were compared. Results The differences in pre-feeding PA, ALB, TP, TRF, IgG, IgA, IgM, CD3 + , CD4+ and CD8+ between EMF group and CON group were not significant ( all P > 0.05 ). After feeding the levels of PA, ALB, TP, TRF, IgA, IgM, CD3 + , CD4 + and CD8 + of two groups increased significantly ( all P <0. 05 ) and the level of IgG declined remarkably ( t = 2. 682 ,P <0. 05 ). The levels of PA, ALB, TP, TRF, IgG, IgA, IgM, CD3 + , CD4 + and CD8 + in EMF group were significantly higher than those in CON group ( t value was 4.287, 6.251, 5.784, 2.665, 2.682, 5.346, 2.870,4.332, 3.399 and 2.402, respectively, all P<0.05). Conclusion EMF can improve the nutritional status and strengthen immune function of low birth weight infants.关键词
