摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical changes and significance of the levels of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP ) and serum ferritin ( SF ) in preeclampsia patients. Methods The hs-CRP and SF in 80 cases of preeclampsia patients were detected. Results There was significant difference in hs-CRP between normal patients and preeclampsia patients ( t = 39.063 , P <0. 05 ), and there was significant difference in hs-CRP between mild preeclampsia patients and severe ones ( t = 13. 293, P < 0. 05 ). The level of hs-CRP gradually elevated with the increasing of severity of disease. There was no significant difference in SF between different groups ( all P > 0.05). Conclusion Hs-CRP contributes to the genesis and development of preeclampsia, and it can be regarded as predictor for progression of preeclampsia关键词
