Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of cryocare surgical system cryoablation combined 131I - chTNT in treating metaphase and advanced phase non-small cell lung cancer. Materials and Methods 31 cases with pathologically confirmed metaphase or advanced phase non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly grouped into treated and control groups. Treated group: 15 cases were treated by cryocare surgical system combingning injection of immit 131I into the tumor body, then underwent SPECT/CT scan after 72 hours to observe the agglomeration and distribution of 131I. Control group: 16 cases were treated by chemotherapy for 2 courses. The changes of tumor size after 4 weeks treatment in both groups were observed. Results complete remission (CR) 0 case, partial remission (PR) 5 cases, no response (NR) 7 cases, progressive disease (PD) 3 cases in the treated group, the effective rate was 33.33%. CR 0 case, PR 2 cases, NR 4 cases, PD 10 cases in the control group, the effective rate was 12.5%. The CR, PR, NR, and PD differed significantly between the two groups (x2 test, P<0.05). Conclusion The cryocare surgical system cryoablation combined 131I-chTNT in treating metaphase and advanced phase non-small cell lung cancer takes the advantages of both methods and is of satisfying effect.关键词
