摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of minimally invasive hematoma on edema around hematoma and serum levels of inflammatory cytokines in patients with hypertensive in-tracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Sixty-nine patients with acute ICH and hypertension were randomly divided into minimally invasive group and control group. All patients were given conventional treatment. In the minimally invasive group, the patients were treated with minimally invasive hematoma removal evacuation in addition to conventional therapy. Before treatment and days 7 and 14 after treatment, serum hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-oc contents in kk the patients in the two groups were tested. Meanwhile, the brain hematoma and edema around hematoma volume were measured through CT. Results: At days 7 14 after treatment, the serum hs-CRP, IL-6, and TNF-oc content and the edema around hematoma volume in the minimally invasive group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The neurological function deficit score in the minimally invasive group was significantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion: Minimally invasive hematoma evacuation could reduce hs-CRP, IL-6, and TNF-oc levels and the edema around hematoma, thus improve the outcomes of cerebral hemorrhage.关键词
