银黄片中绿原酸和黄芩苷多波长薄层扫描测定
Multi-wavelength TLC scanner determination of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in YinHuang Tablets
摘要
Abstract
This papper aims to determine the content of chlorogenic acid and baicalin by Multi-wavelength TLC scanner.By combining spectrometer of array sensor with 2D moving stage to scan and record the multi-wavelength reflectance of thin-layer plate,the scanning track was designed in shape of "S",and distance between probe and plate was 2mm,the range of detection wavelength was 110-1900nm;The separation was achieved on polyamide film with 36% ethanoic acid as mobile phase.Calibration plots of chlorogenic acid and baicalin were linear in the range 0.11-0.77mg.mL-1 and 0.40-1.40mg.mL-1.Fiber-optic spectrometer scanning showed that the correlation coefficient of the two components respectively were 0.9968,0.9975.The recoveries of chlorogenic acid and baicalin were 98.66% and 96.23%,and the RSDs respectively were 2.49% and 0.97%.With the characteristics of high scanning quantitative precision,simple operation,this densitometric method can be used for quantitative analysis of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in YinHuangPian.关键词
