基于工学结合的高职教学管理改革的实践与思考
Teaching Management Research to Engineering Combined with the Practice

Abstract
Establish a scientific and healthiness teaching system of vocational colleges is the foundation to achieve self-development,self-management,self-restraint benign mechanism,but also improve the protection of Teaching Quality.In recent years,school-enterprise cooperation in engineering combined with the talent cultivation mode as the direction of reform of the Higher Vocational Education.Teaching management in the mode of this kind of education or less have to adapt.This paper analyzes the current teaching of the ＂Combination＂ personnel training to the new requirements of the mode of teaching management,and the discomfort of the management system.From the aspect of ＂professional＂,＂scientific＂ and ＂student centered＂,the author put forward the recommendations of the teaching reform measures.关键词
