摘要
Abstract
Basing the current state of lightning protection in rural areas,the causes of frequent lightning disasters were discussed.It shows that causes include poor lightning scientific knowledge,backward facilities,Lightning protection mismanagement and lightning warning information release lag.Then four pieces of mitigation countermeasures of lightning disasters are put forwards,such as lightning scientific knowledge propaganda,innovation management,and speed up the lightning warning information release and strengthen the responsibility implement.关键词
