固定栽培模式下年度间不同姜黄品种品质比较
A Quality Comparison between under Fixed Cultivation Different Curcuma Varieties Mode among Years
摘要
Abstract
A comparative analysis was done for the active components such as curcuma and volatile oil in 3 curcuma varieties which were planted by the fixed cultivation mode in the same planting base in different years to find out the main factors that affect the curcuma quality, so as to solve the problem that the curcuma quality is unstable. The results indicated that the content of most active components had significant difference between varieties, and the same curcuma in different years showed a slight difference, but its advantages still existed. The variety is the key factor that affects the curcuma quality, therefore, selecting fine variety and planting it according to the regulation can guarantee the curcuma quality.关键词
