宫颈鳞癌患者血清miR-34a的表达
Expression of Serum miR-34a in Patients With Squamous Cervical Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of serum microRNA-34a( miR-34a ) in the diagnose of lymph node metastasis of squamous cervical cancer. Methods Sixty-five patients with squamous cervical cancer were enrolled in the study,including 25 cases with lymph node metastasis( LNM ) ( group A ) and 40 cases without LNM( group B ), while IS healthy women as controls. The level of serum miR-34a was detected by real-time qRT-PCR,and its relationship with LNM was analyzed by ROC curve. Results There was no significant difference in serum miR-34a expression among group A,group B and the controls( P >0.05 ). Serum miR-34a level wasn't correlated with LNM or staging of cervical cancer( P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion Serum miR-34a is not a sensitive index for diagnosis of LNM in cervical cancer patients.关键词
