依普利酮及氯沙坦对原发性高血压中心动脉压的影响
Effects of Eplerenone and Losartan on Central Aortic Pressure of Patients With Essential Hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of eplerenone and losartan on central aortic pressure( CSBP ) of patients with essential hypertension. Methods Eighty patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups: eplerenone group( group A, n = 40 ) treated with eplerenone( 50 mg per day ), losartan group ( group B ,n =40 ) treated with losartan( SO mg per day ). The treatment lasted for 12 weeks in both groups. The systolic blood pressure( SBP ) and CSBP were measured by the Omron HEM9000AI detection system before and after treatment. Statistical analysis was applied to determine the difference between the two groups. Results SBP was significantly correlated with CSBP( P <0.05 ). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SBP,CSBP and HR between the two groups( P >0. 05 ). After treatment,SBP and CSBP decreased in both groups( P <0.05 ),but no significant difference was found in the decrease of SBP and CSBP between the two groups( P > 0.05 ). Conclusion Eplerenone has the similar effect with losartan on the decrease of SBP and CSBP of essential hypertension patients.关键词
