摘要

Abstract

The greenhouse effect of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6)is 23 900 times that of the carbon dioxide (CO2). Therefore, it has become the development trends in the future that to reduce the use of SF6 and to adopt environmentally friendly gas as the insulating medium in the high voltage apparatus. With the development of the technology, especially the development of the composite insulation technology, various types of 72.5 kV environmentally friendly gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS) have appeared. Different types of the 72.5 kV environmentally friendly GIS which appeared at home and abroad, have been classified in the paper, and typical products have been presented. Meanwhile, the key technology, the composite insulation technology, has been investigated in the paper. The development trends of the environmentally friendly products are also discussed.
