Abstract
A set of innovatory measuring system used in high power laboratory is introduced in this paper, which meets the requirement of safety, anti-interference and accuracy in the environment of high voltage, high current and strong electromagnetic field. The quality of oscillogram and the accuracy of measurement are improved by the configuration of high performance recorder, various current sensors and voltage sensors. All the parameters of measurement software achieve the STL technical requirements. According to standard and stl guide, a new style of test report is designed. For exchange of test information, an interactive platform based on Ian is established. According to the latest IEC standard and STL guide, measurement uncertainties are assessed. During a period of operation, the new measuring system is functioned properly for dozens of typical tests of objects, such as 1 100 kV circuit breaker and generator circuit breaker, and the stability and reliability of it is proved. Furthermore, the measuring system has been accredited recently by international experts from technical committee of STL.关键词
