Synthesis of 2(5H)-Furanone Derivatives Containing 1,2,3-Triazole Moiety
摘要
Abstract
During the research on the one-pot reaction of 5-alkoxy-3,4-dibromo-2(5H)-furanone with terminal alkynes and sodium azide,anticipated fused heterocyclic compounds were not obtained,but two 2(5H)-furanone derivatives containing 1,2,3-triazole moiety were synthesized.The structure of new products was characterized by UV-Vis,IR,MS,NMR spectra and elemental analysis.The unexpected results may provide a new synthetic route for some multi-functional 2(5H)-furanone derivatives.关键词
