摘要
Abstract
Epoxy resin modified by fluorine was an effective method to improve the comprehensive properties.Fluorinated epoxy resin have been become the important object of research.A review was given on the research progress in the surface properties,thermal properties,dielectric properties,tribological properties,flame retardant properties of epoxy resin modified by fluorine.The development trend of the epoxy resin modified by fluorine was also presented.关键词
