白千层枝和叶总黄酮含量的测定
Determination of Total Flavonoid Content in the Stems and Leaves of Melaleuca leucadendron Linn
摘要
Abstract
A The total flavonoids content in the stems and leaves of Melaleuca leucadendron Linn was determined by spectrophotometry with rutin standard and NaNO2-Al（NO3）3-NaOH system. The regression equation was A=0.01022C＋ 0.0165 （r=0.9995）.The results showed that the mass fractions of total flavonoid in the stems and leaves were 0.69% and 0.63% respectively. The method was stable, accurate, reproducible, highly sensitive and thus was a realistic and practi cal approach for determining flavonoid content of Melaleuca leucadendron linn.关键词
