神秘果种子挥发油化学成分的气相色谱-质谱分析
Analysis of Essential Oil from the Seeds of Synsepalum Dulcificum with GC-MS
摘要
Abstract
The essential oil extracted from the seeds of Synsepalum dulcificum by microwave assisted extraction and ultrasonic extraction, was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （GC-MS）. The relative contents in the essential oil were determined by peak area normalization. 26 components were identified in the essential oil of the seeds. The major composition was n-hexadecanoic acid, oleic acid, 12-oleanen-3-yl acetate, （3.alpha）-and lup-20 （29）-en-3-ol, acetate, （3.beta）. The result can provide a scientific basis to pharmacology and toxicology of the seeds of Synsepalum dulcificum, and offer reference for the further development and utilization.关键词
