On the Diversified Subjects Participating in Social Assistance

Abstract
At present,the situation of social assistance is very serious,because the subject of social assistance is single.The government undertakes the vast majority of responsibility,and other social forces participate in social assistance seriously insufficiently.This essay analyzes the main cause of the problem of the single,and proposes an idea that the diversified subjects which includes the government in dominant position and enterprises、non-governmental organizations、 non-profit organizations 、 individual citizens and so on as the additional role participate in social assistance,and suggests some ways.关键词
