Abstract
Through the analysis of the development status of China＇s small and medium-sized real estate enterprises project cost control,this paper puts forward the problems in project cost control which small and medium-sized real estate enterprises can＇t completely understand the project cost control and ignore project quality cost control.Then it analyzes the causes of the problems.On this basis,it puts forward the cost control process of real estate enterprises,gives the strategies of project cost control for small and medium-sized real estate enterprises,namely dividing the cost control of the project into investment decision-making phase,design phase,bidding phase,during construction and completion closing.And it discusses the cost control measures for each stage.关键词
