Abstract
The 17th Party congress calls upon ＂promoting inner-party democracy construction actively and striving to enhance Party unity＂, which fully reflect Party having a profound understanding on the meaning of strengthening inner-party democracy construction. After reform and opening up, Deng Xiaoping restorativod and developed the thought of inner-party democracy construction. He reiterated the importance and urgency of inner-party democracy construction; restoratived and developed Party＇s democratic centralism and the system of the inner-party democracy. In a new period, his thought of inner-party democracy construction had great theoretical and practical significance on promoting Party＇s unity, strengthening Party＇s innovation and improving Party＇s governing capability.关键词
