Abstract
Since joining the World Trade Organisation, China and various countries have kept increasing in economic and cultural exchanges. With the foreign eases is increasing year by year, the demand for court interpreters is growing. In order to make sure the impartial settlement of the case, court Interpreters play an important role. This article starts on skopos theory to introduce the main contents of skopos theory to explain skopos rule which is the highest rule in the process of translation to research the role of court interpreters in China. The position of role of court interpreters in China gives the situation of court interpreters in China some meaningful enlightenment.关键词
