Abstract
The university administration is becoming more diverse in the new situation, new tasks and new requirements, so the administrative staff in Colleges and Universities must pay attention to learning. Human is the main body of administrative work, this decides the university administra- tive staff to handle all the complicated administrative work, to know learning how to behave, work, research. Administrative staff in colleges and u- niversities must strengthen the consciousness of keeping pace with the times of learning, and establish learning as a way of life.关键词
