绵羊卵母细胞体外培养Ghrelin mRNA的表达
Expression of Ghrelin mRNA in the Ovine Oocytes During in vitro Different Culture System
摘要
Abstract
Relative real-time RT-PCR experiments confirmed that the Ghrelin mRNA levels varied depending on the different culture systems,with the significantly high expression in the maturation base on the serum,whereas the oocytes significantly decline without serum. The levels of Ghrelin mRNA decreased affected by FSH and LH.the E2 showed promoting the Ghrelin mRNA both media. Dynamic changes and the persistent presence of the Ghrelin signaling system within oocytes open up the possibility of a potential regulatory role by hormones of this novel molecule in reproductive function.关键词
