关于郑州市楼宇经济发展的思考
Reflection of the Building Economy Development in Zhengzhou City
摘要
Abstract
The building economy, which is regarded as a new kind of economic form, is an effect way to realize the transformation of urban economic development forms. The development of the building economy will greatly promote the economy of entire society. It is characterized by its little demand of space, strong ability of gathering, etc. It appeared greatly expand the eity＇s economic develop- ment, and also have benefits on industrial restructuring and upgrading. The quantity of the building economy in Zhengzhou city is now of large scale, which have great contribution on local economy. In this paper, eurrent situation of the building economy of Zhengzhou have been studied, and some problems and difficulties have been found. In addition, the corresponding suggestions on the development of the building economy have also been given.关键词
