Abstract
Comparing Chinese cultural tradition and the realistic situation with the western＇s,Yan Fu revealed the poverty and backwardness in Modern China lies in the poor national quality.So,he proposed the thoughts of national quality education,＂strengthening the people＇s power,enlightening the people＇s mind and renewing the people＇s morality＂,which still influences the modernization construction of China.关键词
