摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of cervical secretions fetal fibronectin( FFN )and Ureaplasma urealyticum( UU )in predicting preterm delivery and to observe FFN and UU combined detection to raise the accuracy of predicting preterm delivery. Method: To detect FFN and UU in 160 cases of threatened premature labor gravida,The pregnancy outcomes of the cases were tracked. Result: The incidence of preterm birth in the group of positive FFN was significantly higher than that in the group of negative FFN ( P <0. 01 ); The incidence of preterm birth in the group of positive UU was significantly higher than that in the group of negative UU ( P<0.01 ); The positive rate of FFN was significantly higher than that of UU ( P<0. 01 ); The sensitivity, the specificity, the positive predictive value of FFN , the negative predictive value of FFN and Youden s index were higher than that of UU,The sensitivity of parallel test was 98. 26% , the specificity of serial test was 92. 39% . Conclusion: Both FFN and UU are sensitive indexes for predicting preterm delivery , The two indexes combined detection can raise the predicting ability of predicting preterm delivery.关键词
