替米沙坦联合糖皮质激素治疗特发性肺纤维化的临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To research the effect of telmisartan and glucocorticoids on IPF. Method: Select 60 cases of the IPF, divided randomly them into the experimental group and the control group. Treat the control group with prednisone, treat the experimental group with telmisartan and prednisone. Compared the treatment effect of two groups. Result: After treatment, PaO2 of the experimental group was increased higher than the control group , the difference was statistically significant(t = 17. 95 ,P>0. 05 ), PaCO2 of the experimental group was decreased lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( t = 45. 04, P > 0.05 ). After treatment, 12 cases( 40% ) in the control group gained good response, poor response in 18 cases( 60% ), the experimental group has 20 cases( 66. 67% ) gained good response ,poor response in 10 cases(33. 33% ). The good response rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant( X =4.28,P<0.05 ). Conclusion: Telmisartan and glucocortic- oids can significantly alleviate symptoms of the IPF patients, improve the lung function and prognosis, significantly improve the life quality.关键词
