米非司酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床研究

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of mifepristone on climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Method: 105 patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated in our hospital from March 2006 to May 2010 were selected and divided into 2 groups, the observation group ( mifepristone treatment group )for 52 cases and the control group ( desogestrel estradiol tablets treatment group ) for 53 cases, and compared the clinical effects of the patients in 2 groups. Result: ( 1 ) As for the observation group, 32 cases were significantly effective, 16 cases were effectual with a total cure rate as 92. 3% . As for the control group, 21 cases were significantly effective, 22 cases were effectual with a total cure rate as 81. 1 % . There was significant difference in the total cure rate of the 2 groups ( P<0. 01 ), which has statistical difference. ( 2 ) There was significant difference in the levels of sex hormone FSH, LH, E2 and P after treatment of the 2 groups ( P<0. 01 ), which has statistical difference. Conclusion: The effects of applying mifepristone to treat climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding is perfect, which is worthy popularization and application.关键词
