Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of treatment of upper urinary tract stones with MPCNL under B ultrasound-guided. Method: From Sep. 2008 to May 2011 , under the guidance of MPCNL B- line treatment of urinary tract stones 289 cases ,78 cases of upper ureteral stones , kidney stones in 121 cases of single and multiple stones in 90 cases. Result: 2 cases of conversion to open , no one died , 15 cases of percutaneous nephrolithotomy turn a small incision lithotomy , the average operative time 110 ( 40-300 ) min, average blood loss was 200 ( 10-500 ) mL. Stone 282 cases of single - channel , dual-channel stone in 5 cases. A stone take every rate 81. 6% ( 236/289 ) . 41 cases of two MPCNL, take the stones to do 31 cases , stone summarized 93. 1% depletion rate. Conclusion: B ultrasound-guided MPCNL treatment of urinary tract stones have positioning accuracy, working to establish safe and easy access , high stone get to do , trauma, fewer complications , but surgical skill , facilities protection is MPCNL successful the key.关键词
