摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the surgery effects on rectal cancer by different surgical methods. Method: 64 cases of rectal cancer patients in our hospital were divided into control group and the observation group. The control group was used by traditional Mile surgery, the observation group underwent anus retained operation, and the surgical treatment were compared between the two groups. Result: The surgical time, length of hospital stay and local recurrence rate of the two groups was not significant ( P> 0. 05 ). However, the average in stool frequency, the incidence of complications and the quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than the control group ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion: The observation group had better curative effect than the control group , with fewer complications, faster postoperative recover and good quality of life, which was worthy of promotion.关键词
