Abstract
Objective: To investigate the sufentanil combined with propofol for painless clinical effects. Method: In our hospital from Sep. 2009 to Feb. 2011 for obstetrics and gynecology clinic diagnosed with artificial abortion and were willing to end pregnancy, pregnant women, 90 cases of pregnant women were ran-domly divided into three groups, namely propofol combined with sufentanil group ( A ), propofol and fentanyl in combination group ( B group ), propofol plus saline group ( C group ), three groups of 30 patients were analyzed and compared three groups of clinical indicators . Result: Three groups 2min after administration compared with the preoperative central venous pressure and heart rate low, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0. 05 ); A group of patients was significantly lower than the B group, C group, three groups were statistically difference ( P <0. 05 ); A, B group the incidence of postoperative pain are lower than the C group, and postoperative pain in group A than in group B the incidence of low, were statistically significant ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion: Propofol and sufentanil anesthesia for painless compatibility is good effect, rapid onset, safe and stable, with less adverse reactions, suitable for the promotion of abortion.关键词
