Abstract
Objective: To study the application value of ultrasound in differential diagnosis of breast mass. Method: 109 cases with single breast mass were chosen, all patients underwent preoperative ultrasound examination, and were confirmed by pathological examination. The diagnosis rate of benign and malignant tumor, ultrasound characteristics, blood flow characteristics of the mass were observed. Result: ①the diagnosis rate of benign and malignant tumor were 94. 9% and 93. 5% . ②In malignant breast tumors, the rate of irregular, the edge is not clear, incomplete capsule, heterogeneous internal echo , aspect ratio ≥51 , posterior echo attenuation, with invasion of surrounding tissue and axillary lymph nodes were significantly higher than those of benign breast tumor ( P<0. 01 ). ③The PSV and RI of the malignant breast tumors were ( 20. 8 ± 3. 9 )cm/s and 0. 9±0. 3, significantly higher than those of benign breast tumors ( P<0. 05 ). Conclusion: Ultrasound examination has high accuracy, it is important in the differential diagnosis of breast mass.关键词
