Abstract
Objective: To analyze the MRI findings of thyroid nodules, research the value of MRI in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules. Method: To retrospective analyse clinical data of 50 cases of inpatients with thyroid cysts, 47 cases of patients with nodular goiter, 31 cases of thyroid tumors and 22 cases of thyroidcancer. Summaried of each group of patients with MRI findings. Result: MRI findings of thyroid cysts as follows : the signal is uniform, clear boundary; goiter patients, MRI showed heterogeneous signal intensity, a clear boundary; thyroid tumors in patients with MRI, the signal is uniform, the boundary is clear, there is strengthening; thyroid cancer MRI manifestations of the fuzzy boundary, mixed signal and heterogeneous enhancement. Conclusion: MRI clinical value of thyroid nodules, different lesion types in patients with MRI findings are not the same.关键词
