开腹胆囊切除术胆道损伤的防治体会

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the reasons and treatment of biliary injury in open cholecytectomy. Method: A total of 1021 patients with open cholecystectomy were analysed during Jan. 1999 to Jan. 2010. Result: There was one case of injury of right hepatic duct and another case of partial injury of common bile duct. All injuries were found intraoperation and offered therapeutic measures in time, and cured successely. Conclusion: The key to avoid bile duct injury in open cholecystectomy are consummate general examination, criterion and careful operation, well exposure to Calot triangle, distinguish the relation of common bile duct, common hepatic duct and cystic duct, pay attention to the variation of Calot triangle. Repair,connect,sustain drainage or Roux-Y cholangiojejunostomy in time, is main method in treatment of biliary injury.关键词
