Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of mechanical ventilation combined with hemoperfusion in severe organophosphorus poisoning and the influence of nursing for the effect. Method :52 patients with severe organophosphorus poisoning in our hospital from December 2007 to June 2011 were selected as research object ,and they all were treated with mechanical ventilation combined with hemoperfusion. All the patients were divided into group A( routine nursing group )26 cases and group B( holistic nursing intervention group )26 cases , then the mortality rate , time of reaching atropinization , amount of atropine , recovery time of CHE , incidence of complications ,hospitalization time and serum myocardial enzyme, CRP, IL-6 before and after the treatment at first,third and seventh day of two groups were analyzed and compared. Result:The mortality rateand incidence of complications of group B were lower than those of group A, time of reaching atropinization , recovery time of CHE and hospitalization time were shorter than those of group A, amount of atropine was smaller than that of group A,serum myocardial enzyme,CRP,IL-6 after the treatment at first,third and seventh dy were lower than those of group A, all P<0. 05 , there were significant differences. Conclusion:The effect of mechanical ventilation combined with hemoperfusion in severe organophosphorus poisoning is better, and it combined with holistic nursing intervention can significantly improve the comprehensive therapeutic effect.关键词
