摘要
Abstract
A numerical calculation model is proposed to analyze the hydrodynamic lubrication performances of lip seal based on such properties as sealed pressure, surface morphology of sealing lip and shaft, lip interference, lip deformation, etc. The model can effectively simulate the lubrication characteristics of lip seal under different sealed pressures and with various interferences, which is more reasonable than existing models. Applying the proposed simulation model to WR auto water pump bearing% seal of Rongtianle Machinery Co. Ltd, the maximum film pressure, the average film pressure, the minimum film thickness, the average film thickness and the friction on sealing lip under stable working stage are calculated.
