基于多子阵检测法的多波束海底成像技术
Multibeam seafloor imaging technology based on the multiple sub-array detection method
摘要
Abstract
To improve the seailoor image quality of multibeam bathymetric sonar, this paper introduced a seafloor imaging technology based on the multiple sub-array detection method. From the sequence of the time of arrival ( TOA) and direction of arrival ( DOA) of the echo signal from the seafloor which were estimated by the multiple sub-array detection method, the echo intensities of the seafloor detection points were estimated and their spatial locations were calculated after the sampling process of the output signals received by the narrow beams. Considering the effects of an underwater environment and incidence angle, the data was corrected. As the echo intensity and the spatial location estimated by this method come from the same TOA and DOA data, the two kinds of data can accurately correspond, which improves the image quality. Moreover, the processing results of experimental data from lakes show the efficiency and relatively good spatial resolution of this method.关键词
