重症肌无力患者胸腺组织中胆碱乙酰转移酶和烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体的表达
Expression of and choline acetyltransferase nicotinic acetylcholine receptor in thymus tissue of myasthenia gravis patients

Abstract
Aim:To explore the significance of choline acetyltransferase(CHAT) and nicotinic acetylcholine receptor(nAChR) in the thymus tissue of myasthenia gravis (MG) patients.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to compare the protein expression level of CHAT and nAChR in the thymus tissue from MG patients of 3 histological types(20 patients with hyperplasia,10 patients with thymoma,and 10 patients with atrophy) and normal thymus tissue from 10 normal controls.Results:The expression levels of the CHAT and the nAChR protein in thymus tissue from the 4 groups was statistical different(F=16.271,15.083,P<0.001).Compared with the control group and the atrophy group,the expression of CHAT in the thymoma group and the hyperplasia group was higher(P<0.05). The expression of nAChR in the thymoma group was lower than the hyperplasia group(P<0.05).The expression of nAChR in the atrophy group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Changes in expression levels of nAChR and CHAT in thymus of MG patients may be one of the pathogenic mechanisms for MG.关键词
