女贞子水煎剂对性未成熟雌性小鼠主要脏器系数的影响
Effect of Ligustrum Lucidum decoction on main organ coefficients of immature female mice
摘要
Abstract
Aim:To investigate the effect of Ligustrum Lucidum on main organ coefficients of immature female mice.Methods:A total of 60 female mice aged 21 d were divided into 5 groups randomly.The normal control group was treated with distilled water,and the positive control group was treated with diethylstilbestrol emulsion at a dose of 35 mg/kg. Ligustrum Lucidum groups were treated with the water decoction of Ligustrum Lucidum at the dose of 4.4 g/kg,6.6 g/kg, and 8.8 g/kg,respectively.After 8 days treatment,all of mice were killed, and main organ coefficients were analyzed.Results:There were significant differences in the uterus,heart, thymus and renal coefficients among the 5 groups(F=12.917,2.834,2.966,and 2.915;P<0.05).The uterus coefficients in the Ligustrum Lucidum groups at the dose of 6.6 g/kg and 8.8 g/kg were significantly increased compared with the normal control group.The heart coefficients in the Ligustrum Lucidum groups at the dose of 8.8 g/kg were significantly decreased compared with the normal control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The phytoestrogen-like effect of Ligustrum Lucidum can affect immune function.There is slight toxicity in Ligustrum Lucidum at higher dose.关键词
