摘要
Abstract
Aim:To analyze the serum level of visfatin and adiponectin (APN) in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS), and explore their function in ACS.Methods:A total of 39 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP),33 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and 30 cases excluded coronary disease were subjected to detect serum APN,visfatin, C-reactive protein(CRP),glucose and lipids. Results:The serum levels of APN, visfatin,CRP,and lipids had significant difference among the three groups(P<0.001).Serum visfatin level was positively correlated with CRP, triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and total cholesterol (TC), and negatively correlated with APN, high density lipoprotein (HDL);the serum APN level was negatively correlated with CRP, TG, LDL and TC,and positively correlated with HDL in ACS group. Conclusion:APN and visfatin play the opposite effect in ACS,and both of them are involved in the pathogenesis of ACS.关键词
