Abstract
Aim:To explore the efficacy of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) separately or combined with Bio-oss bone meal in clinical immediate implant.Methods:A total of 44 patients with 44 implants were treated with PRP(group A,n=15), PRP combined with Bio-oss bone meal(group B,n=15),or Bio-oss bone meal(group C,n=14). The new bone height, width and bone density were detected by physical measurements and X-ray observation after 8,12,and 16 weeks, respectively.Results:There were significant differences in the new bone height, width and bone density among the 3 groups at different time points(width:Fgroup=756.226,Ftime=2 012.226,Finteraction=326.538, P<0.001;height:Fgroup=553.255,Ftime=1 496.661,Finteraction=120.836, P<0.001;density:Fgroup=51.440,Ftime=57.543, Finteraction=4.184, P<0.05). After 8,12 weeks, compared with group C, the new bone height, width and bone density of group A and B significantly increased (P<0.05),and those of group A were significantly higher than group B(P<0.01).After 16 weeks, the differences in the new bone height and width among the 3 groups were not significant(P>0.05),but bone density of group A and B was higher than that of Group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:PRP application separately or combined with Bio-oss bone meal may be a better bone repair method in immediate implant.关键词
