性传播感染的HIV/AIDS患者中医辨证分型研究
Study on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation and Classification of HIV/AIDS Patients Caused by Sexually Transmitted Infection
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of TCM symptoms, signs and syndrome classification of HIV/AIDS patients caused by sexually transmitted infection. Methods: A total number of 107 HIV/AIDS patients caused by sexually transmitted infection were investigated with questionnaire and diagnosis information and TCM syndrome type data of patients were collected according to the diagnosis information collection form of TCM. Results;The most common symptoms and signs of the 107 HIV/AIDS patients caused by sexually transmitted infection in Guangdong Province were lassitude (41. 12% ) ,headache (25. 23% ) ,lumbago (24. 30% ) .spontaneous perspiration (23. 36% ) ,cough (20. 56% ) ,rash ( 18. 69% ) and arthralgia ( 18. 69% ) and so on; the tongue manifestation was mainly red tongue (53. 27% ) ; coating on the tongue was mostly white (54. 21% ) ;the pulse were usually thready (59. 81% ) ,taut (55. 14% ) and deep (23. 36% ) ;the most common TCM syndromes of all the HIV/AIDS patients were:19. 63% of cases with qi and yin deficiency with lung and kidney insufficiency; 14. 02% of cases with spleen and kidney deficiency with dampness stagnation, 13. 08% of cases with wind and fire in liver meridian with accumulation of damp poison. Conclusion;The classification characteristics of the TCM symptoms, signs and syndromes of 107 cases of HIV/AIDS patients caused by sexually transmitted infection have certain laws in Guangdong Province and the symptoms and signs mainly involve the kidney, liver, spleen and stomach.关键词
