心理干预对恶性肿瘤化疗患者生活质量影响的研究
Study on the Impact of Psychological Intervention on Life Quality of Malignant Tumor Patients Treated with Chemotherapy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the impact of psychological intervention on life quality of malignant tumor patients treated with chemotherapy. Methods;60 patients were randomly divided into the psychological intervention group and the control group. The control group a-dopted the treatment of routine nursing and traditional health propaganda and education; the intervention group was treated by systematic psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Forms of HAMA, HAMD, POMS, QLQ-C30 were filled out and various indication changes of them (HAMA, HAMD, POMS, QLQ-C30) were observed in patients of both groups when admitted to hospital and at the end of chemotherapy. Results: Indication changes of HAMA, HAMD, POMS, QLQ-C30 in the intervention group were obviously superior to the control group(P <0. 01) . Conclusion; Adopting therapy of psychological intervention to malignant tumor patients with chemotherapy can relieve psychological pressure and unwanted effects of chemotherapy of patients, and improve their quality of life.关键词
